How to pay your fees online
Everything parents and students need to know before paying school fees through the portal.
Paying in four steps
Kusaki College Yandev, Gboko uses a secure automated billing system powered by Paystack to process all school fees and portal payments. Please review the payment guidelines below carefully before processing your transaction.
Log in to the portal
Sign in to the student portal with your Student ID / Matric Number and password.
Open your fees
Go to your fees or payments page and select the fee you want to pay.
Pay with Paystack
Check the total, then complete payment with any option shown at the Paystack checkout.
Keep your receipt
Save or screenshot your Paystack receipt. Your portal balance updates once payment is verified.
Received a payment link from the school? Open it and pay directly on the secure Paystack checkout. You do not need to log in first.
Important fee policy note
- Our school portal processes standard institutional fees (tuition packages).
- Please note that standard online transaction gateway processing fees apply at check-out.
- The total amount charged at the payment gateway will reflect your base institutional fee plus the standard processing fee.
- Your student portal balance will be credited strictly for the net institutional fee portion of the payment once verified.

Payment successful but balance not updated?
If your online transaction is successful but your portal account balance fails to update automatically within 24 hours, do not attempt to pay a second time.
